Ask about websites- Our team builds, hosts and updates it
- Your older obituaries brought across
- Price list, service times and memorial pages
- Tribute videos made from family photos
Marketing
The ad agency's work, done by us.
Ask about marketing- Google and Facebook campaigns we build and manage
- Local search work and a current Google listing
- Review texts after each funeral, and our replies posted
- Pre-need campaigns that book meetings
- Facebook and Instagram posts we write
Software
Cases and aftercare, plus night call answering.
Ask about software- Case files, checklists and auto-filled forms
- Packages shown with photos, e-signed agreements, card payments
- Pre-planning form with follow-up texts
- After-hours night assistant
- Two-way family texting
- Twelve months of aftercare texts
Ad budgets stay between your home and Google or Facebook, outside our plan. Printed programs and prayer cards are an add-on you order through us; a printing partner makes them. Month to month, no contract, no setup fee. Request a call
Ask about your home's plan
Tell us your locations, the vendors you pay today and the jobs you'd like off your desk. Our team prices the plan around that, and the new site launches two weeks later.

What funeral directors say

Walter D.Family-owned home 3 → 1vendors to callWe canceled three vendors. The website, obituaries and reviews now sit with one team that picks up the phone.

Carmen P.Cremation provider 1 minuteto the first replyFamilies used to reach voicemail at 2 a.m. These days a text reaches them within the minute, and I read the details over coffee.

Terrence M.Third-generation home 11pre-planning meetings, month oneOur pre-planning list sat untouched for years. The follow-up texts booked eleven meetings in month one.

Gwen H.Two-location home 0paper contractsArrangements used to mean a stack of paper. Families now sign the contract and put down the deposit on their phones.

Anil R.Home and crematory 31 → 104Google reviewsEach family hears from us about a review after the service ends. Our Google reviews went from 31 to just over a hundred in twelve months.

Marisol K.Rural funeral home 2 weeksto a new websiteOur old site went up in 2014. A fortnight after we spoke, a new one was live, with every obituary carried over.

6 questions
How much does funeral home software cost?
That rests on your number of locations and the work we take over. A free call with our team settles the monthly number.
Why no price online?
Two homes rarely need the same work from us.
Any contract or setup fee?
Neither. It's month to month, and we charge nothing for the setup work.
Are ads paid separately?
Yes. Google and Facebook charge your home for the clicks themselves. Our plan pays for our staff's time on the campaigns.
Can you print prayer cards?
Yes, as an add-on to the plan. You order printed programs and prayer cards through us for each service, and a printing partner makes them. They're billed apart from your monthly plan.
Is ongoing support included?
Yes. Training, updates and email help come with the plan.
