What we run monthly

Our team handles ads and posts

Nobody on your staff has time to learn Google Ads or post on Facebook between services. Our team sets it all up, runs it and reports back.

  • The funeral home's own ad account, in its name, with campaigns and ad groups laid out as a tree.

    Campaigns for your town

We build Google and Facebook campaigns around your town, your services and the packages families ask about most.

  • Two sponsored ads for the funeral home, one offering a first meeting and one Saturday hours, each with a Book now button.

    Ads written

Every ad is written in a calm, plain voice that names your home, your services or your prices, never anyone's loss.

  • A landing page for new families in a browser, with the funeral home's star rating, a booking button and a director's photo.

    Pages that answer

A cremation search lands on your cremation package page with the price, not your home page, so the family reads the answer.

  • A drawing of today's call, form and booking, each tied back to the ad that brought it in: Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram, and TikTok

    Calls counted

Every ad dials through its own tracking number, so you can tell which one rang the phone. Your report totals them each month.

Your ad budget is yours, spent on the home's own accounts

Our fee pays for our team. Each click lands on the home's own card.

Google search ads

A family types cremation near me, and your ad sits on top

Most families start on Google, often late at night and often for a parent in another town. We run search ads on the phrases families type in your area, so your name, your number and your prices sit above the map.

  • Search ads on cremation searches, burial searches and your town's name, shown only within driving distance of the home
  • Call buttons on each ad, so a family on a phone reaches the home without opening the site
  • Map and page work from our SEO team, done alongside the ads

The first month

How your first ads go live

Your part is one call and a few approvals. Our team sets up the accounts, writes the ads and has them running within two weeks.

  1. Step one

    Listen

We start with your town, your services, your prices and which calls you want more of: cremation, burial or pre-planning.

    The first call

  2. Step two

    Accounts built

We open the home's own Google Ads and Facebook ad accounts, attach your card to cover clicks, and assign every ad a separate tracking number.

    The first week

  3. Step three

    Approve

You read every ad and the opening batch of social posts. If a line doesn't sound like your home, we rewrite it before it runs.

    Before anything goes live

  4. Step four

    Live

Ads start showing to people searching near the home, posts begin going out, and ad calls ring through to your line. Any call the staff miss gets a text reply from the home's number.

    Within two weeks

  5. Step five

    Report

A plain-English report shows the calls, forms and pre-planning inquiries each ad brought in, and what we're changing next month.

Marketing questions

Ads, posts and spend

Looking for one answer? Search ad spend, Facebook or contract.

10 questions

Should a funeral home use Google ads or Facebook ads?

Google search ads bring in the most at-need calls, since the family is already searching: cremation in their town, or a home by name. Facebook keeps your name familiar around town and helps with pre-planning. Most homes we run get both, with more of the budget on Google.

How much does it cost?

The price for our work is set on a free call that takes 30 minutes, based on your town, your locations and what you want us to run. Ad spend is separate: the home pays it straight to Google and Facebook, and you set the budget. Month to month, no contract, no setup fee.

Is ad spend extra, and who does that money go to?

Yes, the ad spend is separate. You pay it straight to Google and Facebook from your own card, and none of it passes through us.

Can you post on our Facebook page for us?

Yes. Our team writes and schedules your Facebook and Instagram posts: obituary shares, events, holiday hours and seasonal notes. You see a month of posts ahead and approve them.

When we cancel, who holds the campaign history?

Your home does. Both the Google Ads and Facebook ad accounts are opened in the funeral home's own name with your card attached, and our team manages them. The accounts and every past campaign stay with you.

How are calls from the ads counted?

Each ad carries its own tracking number, so every call gets credited to the ad behind it. Your monthly report lists the calls, forms and pre-planning inquiries by ad, in plain English.

Is there a contract?

No. It's month to month, and there's no setup fee to start.

Can a funeral home advertise without seeming insensitive?

Yes. Our ads talk about your home, your services and your prices, never a family's loss. We don't aim ads at people because of a recent death, and we don't follow obituary readers around the internet with ads.

Do you run pre-need ads as well?

Yes, as their own service. Pre-need ads and the follow-up that books planning meetings are on our Pre-need marketing page, in the Solutions menu. This page covers the at-need side: Google, Facebook and social posts.

Is there setup work for my staff?

No. Our team builds the accounts, writes the ads and posts and sets up call tracking. Two weeks after your first call, the ads are live. Your part is that call and approving the ads.
